Good Morning, I'm a single dad who lives in NJ, and have 3 ages /12, in , we went
Hot ladies looking nsa Newberry through a $20k custody evaluation, and the have lived with me full time since. Their mother gets to them with supervised visitation (her parents supervise) but she often misses the visits etc. My ex has a mental illness problem (Bipolar/BPD/etc with significant Anger control issues), has had public incidents with local town employees etc, has been arrested and banned from facilities etc. I have a final restraining order against her after she hit me with her car, while screaming (on 2 occasions). My ex also violated the restraining order twice this year, and was facing jail time for those violations. In exchange for dropping the conviction (which she had once been on probation last year, she would have had a mandatory jail term), the prosecutor put her this month in a 26 week Domestic Violence Offender group counseling program that meets every weekend for 2+ hours. My question is what should I bring with me, and how should I prepare for the meeting with the Custody evaluator. I'm nervous, because I know my ex is asking for the supervision to be changed, and as I look over the past year I dont things calming down with her. My ex has been shown to have mental illness and a history of going off an on her BiPolar, and BPD medications, as well as attacking both myself and third parties when she was off the meds. I have a Final Restraining Order against her, and she is also permanently banned from all the schools in our Township (including Parking Lots and Grounds) after incidents with the school officials. This psycholgist is also the same dr that ordered that the -'s custody be transferred to me on an emergency basis 2 years ago, while in the midst of an evaluation. Tomorrow I go back to him, for him to meet with the and I for a one hour session. What should I say. I'm truly not going to agree or "consent" to changing the supervision, and if they made such a recommendation it would be over my objection. My ex was hospitalized at an inpatient psychiatric hospital for having thoughts of our, something this psychologist uncovered as part of the same doctors review 2 years ago.
